Results represent historical returns for the selected index/crediting method combination on the product shown. It assumes a single premium with segments beginning on the 15th day of each month. It is not an indication of the policy's past or future performance. This data includes non-guaranteed values. Results do not include potential surrender charges that would apply for excess withdrawals during the first 15 years of a policy. Even though contract values may be affected by the external performance of the selected index, the life insurance contract is not an investment in the stock market and does not participate in any stock, bond, or equity investments. Indexed growth rates are subject to caps, participation rates and/or spreads, which may change at the discretion of Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company. The starting point for calculating a segment’s index change. The date that the premium is allocated into the reference index. For annual point-to-point strategies, the end date will be one year later. For Monthly Point-to-Point strategies, the end date will be one month later.

Percentage change in the index over the beginning to ending point. Calculated by the following:
- (Ending Reference Index Value minus Beginning Reference Index Value) divided by Beginning Reference Index Value
- Please note: For Monthly Point-to-Point strategies, this column shows the sum of the monthly index changes over a one-year period.
This includes indexed interest credits for a given year in addition to any guaranteed minimum interest (credited daily). It does not include any bonuses, if available.
